- Receive all accounting documents
- Review accounting documents according to OSF procedures
- Manage the cost allocation: Projects, Department, Business units
- Archive accounting documents according to OSF
- Record the documents into accounting system (NetSuite)
- Review bank statements and reconcile
- Support or preparation of the internal, monthly/quarterly, financial reports: P&L, Balance sheet, aging reports
- Review AP, AR, and trial balance with financial controller;
- Calculate and create intercompany invoices
- Review intercompany transactions and record data in intercompany database report
- Support in preparation of other financial / operational reports.
- Create local financial procedures when needed
- Other activities for finance department
- Support for administrative activities.
