BI Developer

• University degree
• Good command of English
• Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects)
• 1-2 years’ experience working with data visualization tools
• Some project management or business analysis experience preferred

• Conceive, implement & send to internal clients the necessary reports & analysis;
• Be knowledgeable of & explore of internal reporting systems & databases;
• Use the analysis & reporting systems & investigate potential of new ones to improve capacity of data extraction & analysis;
• Develop interactive apps for data visualization;
• Prioritize requests from internal clients based on importance & relevance;
• Formulate recommendations & create reports & accurate data for departments in area of responsibility;
• Proactively forecast & monitor KPI’s for the served departments. Based on results, formulate recommendations to served departments & support them in achieving objectives & maintaining operational excellence;
• Be actively involved in defining & improving KPIs. Support the implementation of operational actions to maximize the activity of served departments;
• Implement quality controls of data & troubleshoot reports in case of errors;
• Implement measures & instruments that increase agility of producing data;
• Propose & implement solutions for: reports consolidation, reduction of data redundancy, structuring of vehiculated data, eliminating irrelevant reports ;
• Active role in explaining to internal clients the modality of obtaining information, utilized definitions, and reported indicators.
