Candidatul ideal

- Experience in Administrative Field - min. 1 year,
- Excellent fluent in English, both written and spoken-is compulsory,
- Excellent PC Knowledge, especially MsOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point),
- Speed in typing
- Able to cope with stress,
- Business appearance.

Descrierea jobului

- will be our basic connection with the firm\'s clients and suppliers;
- greets and directs the visitors;
- maintains and updates the client data base and clients\' accounts;
- registers and distributes incoming/outgoing correspondence (mail, fax, etc.)
- answers and routes phone calls, takes messages and provides information;
- copies/duplicates materials as requested;
- performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- ensures the necessary administrative and related logistics activities
- prepares schedules for meetings
- translates in / from English business documents
