The Responsibility of the job is the following:
1. Receiving and sorting the mail, handling phones and faxes;
2. Typing and processing the mail and other documents received from the management;
3. Other office activities – copying, processing documents, receiving customers, keeping the office tidy and clean;
4. Banking activities – making payments, deposits and withdraws, keeping permanent contact with the banks;
5. Keeping close contact with the company customers, managing the correspondence with the customers and business partners
6. Finding and collecting the requested information on the internet or other sources
7. Any other temporary jobs assigned by the management.
