For their Romanian office in Bucharest, we are currently recruiting a Personal Assistant. The role entails working closely with the Country Manager to provide administrative and financial support.
Specific tasks include: screening phone calls; organizing meetings; dealing with emails, faxes and post; making travel arrangements; daily media monitoring, preparation of media reports; being responsible for budgets, accounts and payments; managing various HR issues; liaising with the accounting company; acting as interpreter where necessary; translating documents; acting as supplier and client contact etc.
Additionally, you will be exposed to specific real estate research activities, as well as provide assistance for financial analysis and reporting duties.
