Key Activities
Production Department
• Internal support – Slobozia
• ISTA/OECD/INTRA-CE phytosanitary documents, collecting them from both partners and authorities
• Inputs all quality information (according to ISTA standards) into the Seed Fund system
• preparation of Forwarding Lists for external partners, and keeps the sales manager informed about updates - step by step throughout the processing of the seeds
• Assists in the distribution of seeds onto trucks, according to priority and availability / packing lists
• Shares relevant information about seeds and documentation with providers (multipliers)
• Helps manage multiplication contracts, and some of the documentation required for field registration
• Reporting: monthly until 15th, seed stocks (Physical seeds either at Slobozia or Pesac) must be sent to the Ministry of Agriculture and General Management
• Improvement of processes
Import/Export Deparment
• Verification / Cross - checking and sharing relevant information about seeds and documentation with clients (Buyers)
• Import/Export Department during Peak Season (Dec-Apr; Jun-Sep)
incl.:
-quotations from Providers;
-keeping correspondence with partners ( customers suppliers ) ;
-organising shipments (receives and replies to all emails), and obtains the mandatory UIT code for Romania and Export Country.
For every non-EU export, prepares the required documentation and handles all related bureaucracy
