- Relevant administrative experience
- Knowledge of German language and also English
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for a training period of 6 monthjs in Wien and for a flexible schedule
- Performing basic accounting tasks: issuing and payment of advances, reimbursement of travel expenses, preparing incoming invoices for book-keeping
- Support for HR/ Staff Administration: processing job applications, organization of interviews, contact person for payroll accounting
- Support for store organization: processing various purchase orders, assistance in organizing new openings
- Handling correspondence : internal correspondence with the stores and staff/ departments of Head Office, external correspondence with enterprises, customers, authorities and public agencies upon requests, processing and distribution of incoming mail
- Support for other tasks needed by the Store Manager: annual planning processes, monitoring relevant store processes
