We are looking for a responsible assistant manager to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will be working on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the sales manager’s agenda. We expect you to be very well-organized and have great time management skills.

  • MS Office skills – medium (Word, Excel, Outlook) [advance level is a plus]
  • Experience with organizing tasks, reminders and calendars
  • Fluent English (speaking, writing, and spelling)

Job Description

  • Working closely with the sales manager
  • Monitoring and reporting manager’s email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of the manager
  • Organizing and planning meetings, activities
  • Keeping daily agenda for the sales team
  • Keeping sales pipeline in order and updated
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the general manager may require
  • Delegating work in the manager's absence
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Coach and support new and existing employees from all the company’s departments
  • Ensures a good communication between all the company’s departments
  • Suggest sales training programs and techniques
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
  • Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
