- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- University degree ;
- Excellent English knowledge;
- PC skills (MS Office and Internet);

- Ensuring the proper functioning of the office from the administrative point of view (relationships with services suppliers, budget preparation, costs follow up)
- Keeping appointments schedule for CGM
- Organizing travel and meeting arrangements
- Elaborating reports and presentations in a time efficient manner;
- Translating documents & contracts;
- Offering support to the PR agency activities;
- Administrating the database of all contracts in Romanian & English language
