Assistant Office Manager
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Previous office-based, secretarial work experience is a plus but not a must;
- Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines, and be responsible for all works;
- Familiar with the computer environment such as Microsoft Windows and Office, Google Drive and general Computer Skills;
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements;
- Confidentiality is a mandatory requirement.
- you will work with our Office Manager in order to create, coordinate and maintain office management operations/procedures/activities;
- responsible for managing the travel activities of the company’s employees: plane tickets and accommodation for incoming and outgoing people across our offices;
- keeping personnel records up to date and arranging interviews;
- keeping excellent records of all office purchases;
- interacting with company staff, suppliers and clients;
- get involved in the organization of company events together with our OM.
