Coordination of projects for the CFO;
Maintain the calendar of the CFO: schedule, organize and attend meetings;
Send reminders and standard communications;
Compose meeting minutes;
Follow-up on deadlines, to-do’s & action items;
Prepare and organize internal documents;
Contribute to the business development efforts;
Provide support with drafting contracts.
