We are looking for a young and ambitious fresh graduate, both numbers and people oriented, well-organized and self disciplined, who is willing to take on several areas of responsibility and perform autonomous tasks in a challenging work environment. Responsibility, diligence, accuracy and people skills would characterize our ideal candidate. Good computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Access) is essential, and good English is a must! Experience with billing, collection and cost-allocation would be a plus, but is not a necessary requirement.

It involves daily contact with tenants, customers and suppliers, and requires a great deal of attention and organization. A suitable candidate will have the opportunity for quick personal development by learning from experience coworkers and the possibility of growth inside the company. Financial rewards will be performance-related.
