We are looking for an ambitious and talented Assistant General Manager to work alongside the General Manager on a daily basis of HQ.
The successful candidate should preferably have experience in office skills or administration at least two years’ experience in similar positions with Multinational Companies, like:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
Extreme attention to details;
PC proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Efficient, initiative and very diplomatic.
The job role:
Working closely with the GM to ensure the smooth running of all departments; Organizing and maintaining GM’s diary and making appointments; Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; Liaising with and having effective communication with all department managers; Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post and forwarding to the relevant persons when needed; Dealing with correspondence, writing letters and minutes; Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; Welcoming and looking after visitors; Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff; Arranging travel and accommodation for the GM.
