Assistant - Earthworks Construction

• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to oversee and coordinate earthworks activities on highway ︁︈​︉︇​︉​︁︆︈construction sites.
• Assist in planning and organizing earthmoving operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor and inspect earthworks operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate the delivery and placement of materials for earthworks according to project requirements.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of earthworks-related tasks.
• Assist in managing and documenting project-related paperwork, including permits, inspections, and quality control records specific to earthworks.
• Work closely with equipment operators and labor crews to optimize earthworks construction processes.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during earthworks construction activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable supply of earthworks materials.
• Assist in the implementation of environmental and sustainability practices in earthworks construction processes.
• Support the training and development of construction personnel involved in earthworks-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of material quantities, equipment usage, and labor hours for reporting purposes.

• Bachelor diploma in Engineering or something similar.
• Proven experience in earthworks construction or a related field.
• Knowledge of earthworks materials, construction techniques, and equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• English - intermediate level.
