We are looking for an Assistant Manager to be employed at our Cluj Office.
- Bachelor's degree is required, previous experience in administrative position is important,
- Very good command of written and spoken English and Romanian,
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills,
- Highly organized and detail-oriented,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines,
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Job Description
- To plan, organize, and coordinate meetings and hearings
- To translate in English - Romanian
- To assist in drafting correspondence and edit documents
- To take minutes of meetings
- To compile files and reports
- To create, maintain, and update various databases, logs and present data
- To carry out general procurement works for office needs
- To perform other related duties as assigned
