Job Description
This role is responsible for providing support to the organization by performing administrative tasks, making sure all the relevant data is accurate, updated, and maintaining good communication with the General Manager and other departments.

What you will do:

Support General Manager’s participation in various meetings, and events and facilitate communication by assuring that all relevant information is presented accurately, updated on time, and in a structured way.
Prepare accurately and on time, required documentation for the various documents requested
Connect with partners in an efficient, effective, and diplomatic manner and follow up on all tasks required.
Handle travel and accommodation bookings and ensure they are made on time, accurately, and at a good price/quality.
Prepare expense reports accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and verify relevant and appropriate documents prior to submission to the finance department.
Managing the phone calls, e-mails, faxes and make sure all relevant documentation is accurately distributed or / and archived.
Coordinate meetings (reserving meeting rooms, sending invitations, updating distribution lists, bookings, and relevant documentation for visits and guests) in a timely and efficient manner.
