Handle Correspondence, fax and telephone calls and register important information received and sent ;
Make arrangements for Company meetings, seminars;
Update contacts database;

- Get, analyze and compare offers for different services needed by office – postage, maintenance. Supervise the relation with office suppliers. Assure the stationery necessary for Bucharest office;

- Accomplishing other secretarial activities demanded by the managers;

- Support colleagues when preparing presentations or materials for clients
