Invoicing of all completed external and internal Service jobs.
Follow up customer orders and issue invoices and delivery notes
Opening of Working orders and creating of Delivery notes for Service technicians.
Creating of standard Offers for customers, based on reports made by service technicians or Service manager.
Spare parts ordering for Service department.
Data input in Service customer’s database.
Performing of secretary jobs for Service department:
Answering phone calls and recording messages for Service manager and technicians
Typing of memos and other paperwork related to Service operations
Organisation of travels for Service stuff.
Office located in Otopeni (public transportation expenses on company costs)
To undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
