Adecco Professional Placement is looking for its client an Area Sales Representative.

Our client is a global leader in pressure-sensitive and functional materials, and labeling solutions for the retail apparel market. The company’s applications and technologies are an integral part of products used in every major industry. With operations in more than 50 countries and more than 25,000 employees worldwide, our client serves customers in the consumer packaging, graphical display, logistics, apparel, industrial and healthcare industries.

In Romania they are producing locally printed labels on various technologies: Offset, Flexo, Thermal Transfer, using various supports: paper, carton, self adhesive, textile support, etc, for local and major global customers in fashion industry.

Candidate profile:

-Fluent in ENGLISH; any other additional language would be a plus.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to travel national and international, driver license required.
-Organized, self motivated, dynamic and goal oriented.
-Ability to plan and prioritize.
-Previous working experience in Sales B2B and working with RBO/ Brands min 2 years.
-Knowledge of the textile industry (printing area) is preferable
-Has been successful representing related products with a demonstrated record of success – a Portfolio in textile industry would be a plus.

-Developing and maintaining a good relationship with Company Customers;
-Market prospecting and identification of new potential clients /opportunities in the market;
-Implementation and realization of established business plans and budgets;
-Operational take-over of the requests for development of new products requested by the Company potential/ existing Clients and coordination of the entire process in order to solve the request in the shortest possible time and to communicate a final response to the clients (end 2 end process coordination);
-Supervision and reporting of sales records and market indicators;

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts;
-Create and manage territory and account strategies to deliver on price and mix objectives;
-Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand;
-Provide product quotes on demand;
-Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition (Aligning Value) if required;
-Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product and/or services;
-Proactively identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers within territory;
-Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) in assigned territory, and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals;
-Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers;
-Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements;
-Use account management skills to plan and execute customer marketing/growth programs for customers;
-Creatively develop new applications for product lines;
-May identify new opportunities within the channel for potential business;
-Participate in territory planning, customer planning and territory reviews;
-Develop and present analysis and make recommendations on products and growth opportunities;
-Provide exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities;
-Navigate complex problems and structures to determine the best solutions for customer needs;
-Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
