A University degree in Economics, Sales and Marketing or Business Studies is preferred.
Fluency in Romanian and English.
Experience in Electric retail (Sales of MDA is considered an advantage).
Good understanding of the Romanian retail market – local & international retailers.
Proven experience in integrating of marketing and sales strategies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills regarding the interpretation of sales performance and market trend information.
Willingness and desire for training and self-improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness for intensive travel in and out of the country (roughly 75 % of the time)
A valid and clear driver’s license.
Energetic, self-initiative and motivated person.
General Summary: Planning, managing and controlling all activities in a specific region or sales channel in Romania. Ensure growth in the sales volume and achieving the KPI’s. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales, earnings and other goals. Meet and collaborate with all customers in the region or sales channel.
Implementing the sales strategy in the region North-West Romania.
Visiting all retail players on the market in the region and collaborating with them in order to establish long-term relations and successful business cooperation.
Controlling all KPI’s of the region like:
Visiting all retail stores (POS) and starting cooperation with them;
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets (sales in units, sales in value and P&L);
Ensuring payment of all outstanding invoices;
Collecting sale out and stock information from partners and plan for production by products & customers;
Market & competition monitoring.
Active proposal and integration of the marketing activities in the region with partners and follow up;
Training of the sales personnel in the stores.
Observing and improving products’ presence in the stores:
Samples in the stores: enough numbers and perfect conditions;
Area and position of the products in every store;
Availability of catalogues and marketing POS materials;
Participating in Sales programs and other seminars to improve skills.
