Candidatul ideal

 Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction
 Certain level of supervisory experience required
 Excel/Word skills, Outlook
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be effective with Unit Management, team members and client
 Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
 Flexibility, especially in the period of month-end closing
 Reliable, active approach
 Responsibility, accuracy
 Airline industry knowledge is a big plus

 Written and spoken ability to communicate in Spanish for client interaction (advantage)
 Previous accounting experience/studies in particular AR (advantage)
 Experience with accounting system (Oracle) (advantage)

 Ensures that day-to-day tasks are completed to agreed deadlines and quality standards/documented processes and manage day-to-day performance for all streams of work
 Identification and management of issues and risks associated with service delivery to our clients in each country; timely issue resolution
 Co-operation on additional critical tasks for the AR Dept. (incident reporting development, etc.) according the decision of the AR Team Lead
 Develops appropriate client relationships – both within teams and personally.
 Develops a motivated and energetic team; coaching of employees; keeping good relationships to direct reports
 Performs goal setting for direct reports and complete ACSs and PDPs in line with required schedule
 Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of the timely internal operational reporting
 Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of the operational controls, co-operation with client’s internal auditor
 Identification, development and implementation of process and other changes /improvements
 Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in co-operation with the Service Delivery team
 As a member of the Accounts Receivable Team, has contributory role to support the overall development of the Team, integration into Accenture business units achievement of all financial objectives, and compliance with health & safety requirements.
 Coordinates daily tasks of the team members, according to the internal procedures or according to the line management’s request
