Your role

We're looking for an Application Support Specialist who can help us analyze and solve potential incidents/tickets that might occur in the daily business process.

This includes performing activities related to Incident & Troubleshooting Management, Dispatching process, Monitoring and Application Support Services as required by the customer, including:
  • Maintaining application accounts
  • IAM - Maintaining rights & roles
  • Monitoring availability
  • Supporting R2D request management
  • Managing documents (operational architecture, application architecture, IT documentation)
  • Managing IT deployments
  • Managing IT incidents / problems
  • Intensive communication with business, developers (internal/external), operations

Your team

We are a team of 30+ Application Support Engineers. At the moment, we are growing, looking forward to take more responsibilities, hence the new opening.

Our team is vibrant, proactive, and always there to offer assistance you when in need. Most of the team members are mid to seniors, experience wise, and always ready to help.

About the project

You will have the opportunity to join our pilot project in the Application Support Services area for one of the largest banks in Germany.
