• Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
• Good knowledge in business administration;
• Previous experience in managing multinational contracts will be an advantage;
• You are fluent in English;
• You have strong knowledge of computer and Microsoft package operation (Windows, Outlook, Office, etc.).

• Ensuring the interface between departments and customer;
• Full takeover of front office responsibilities;
• Ensuring administrative responsibilities for the realization of support contracts;
• Ensures the verification, functionality, control of the business;
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction as well as increased data accuracy;
