Excellent oral and written skills in English.
Very good computer skills.
Previous experience in the field is not a must but it could be an advantage.
We are looking for a team player, resourceful, hard working person with good attitude and very good customer service skills. He/she must be detail-oriented and be able to interact with customers and other stations, also must be able to work under pressure and within deadlines and must have the ability to prioritize and organize workload in an efficient manner. Needs to be very good observer of details and must show passion for working with people.

General Information:
Even though the airlines are in business to transport people and cargo from one place to another, they could not function without the help of many people on the ground, including those who take reservations, load the airplanes, as well as those who help keep the airplanes operating on schedule.

Position Description:
The Airfreight Indoor Sales and Operations Agent is quoting, booking, coordinating and monitoring airfreight shipments, is responsible for tracking and tracing shipments and to update the customer with status of shipments.
He/She handles contacts with airlines and airfreight forwarders and issues weekly reports about business and market situation.

Working Conditions:
The work is done indoors in an office adjacent to the air freight terminals. Telephones, computers and hand calculators are used.
