Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Freight Forwarding;
Proven experience in Air logistics of minim of 3 years;
Strong knowledge in Air Freight Forwarding;
Advanced knowledge of industry-specific guidelines and adherence to regulatory requirements;
Ability to communicate persuasively whilst demonstrating adaptability and empathy;
Problem-Solving and able to work under pressure;
Willingness to continuously improve;
Languages: Very good verbal and written knowledge of English required. Any other language is an asset.
In this role, you will be part of a team working closely with airlines, terminals, customers and our worldwide network offices to ensure Air operations are executed timely and correctly to the benefit of our customer portfolio.
Monitor Customer Shipments to provide proactive updates to customers and problem solve (by collaborating with other stakeholders) in anticipation of a customer complaint;
Liaise with all parties to ensure loading and export tasks are completed on time;
Deliver the highest level of customer experience with focus on service and retention;
Intensive and regular communication with colleagues from the sales department;
Qualification of customer inquiries, Provision of Quotations within corporate guidelines for pricing, upselling, and requisite follow-up and closure;
Ensure all tasks are completed according to SOP and KPIs.
