Descrierea jobului
Responsabilitati:
- Receptioneaza intrebarile, recomandarile, reclamtiile si plangerile clientilor existenti sau a potentialilor clienti;
- Preia notificarile primite din sistem si ofera suport clientilor in functie de situatia semnalata;
- Raporteaza furnizorilor externi erorile tehnice care afecteaza buna functionare a site-ului/platformei online;
- Identifica periodic nevoile si asteptarile clientilor prin contactare telefonica, e-mail sau live chat;
- Transmite raportarile necesare aferente activitatii zilnice;
- Rezolva situatiile in conformitate cu procedurile interne.
