Skills, knowledge, and qualifications:
•Must be highly organized
•Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks; strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
•Must possess strong written and interpersonal communication skills
•Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Must be fluent in English; both written and spoken
•Must have minimum one year of experience in an administrative position

•Answer, screen and direct incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
•Sort and deliver internal and external mail
•Compose, type, and distribute professional correspondence in addition to performing general clerical duties such as faxing and photocopying
•Maintain accurate record keeping and filing of company records
•Coordinate and arrage business and operation meetings, attend meetings as a record keeper, make travel arrangements
•Maintain office supplies & general materials and/or equipment needed for the successful daily operation
•Perform other duties as assigned by manager
