  • Oversee & involve in daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports to ensure timeline and quality
  • Adhere to data collection and management procedures to prepare, collect, record, and input data in comprehensive reports.
  • Interact with management, engineers, and operators to create & update documentation (Standard operating procedures)
  • Manage operation file systems, involve in operations related calls & collect data.
  • Draw up reports regarding operations in the company and pass them to management whenever it is requested for
  • Dealing with schedule creation & changes for a 24/7 environment.
  • Support in maintaining and organizing the company’s facilities & supplier relationship
  • Support in purchasing, assets inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions
  • Support the Operations Manager to maintain Health & Safety regulations, GDPR, HR, and local administrative duties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Very strong & proved MS Excel skills to include Pivot tables and Macros
  • Good MS Office skills including SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of IT systems and databases is preferable
  • Experience in a business work environment preferred
  • Strong business acumen

Welcome to Schweickert Romania SRL, The headquarter is in Rhein-Neckar metropolitan area, in Nussloch, Germany, started by the name of Elektro Schweickert, established by the 23years old Master Electrician Walfried Schweickert, in the year of 1962, Sep’15.Since then, we have expanded to more than 3 countries and cover almost all the regions worldwide, and these countries represents more than 90% of the revenue at the global aspects.

In the Year of 1974, for the first time it was the milestone of the fledgling company: At SAP’s first Headquarters building on Max-Planck-Strasse in Walldorf, Schweickert was responsible for installing the entire electrical infrastructure. This was also the entry point into the field of Data Networks, Communications and Security.


In the year of 1982 Security technologies were added to the company’s offering with only 20 employees, and the same year the revenue exceeded one million German Markets for the first time.

In the Year of 1992, January’ 1, Schweickert Netzwerktechnik GmbH was founded by Harry and Ralf Schweickert, the two sons of Walfried Schweickert. Mr. Ralf Schweickert is the current owner of the company, sits in Schweickert Netzwerktechnik ,Wiesloch walldorf.

In the Year of 1993 Schweickert Netzwerktechnik GmbH moves to its new location in Walldorf. At this point Schweickert had 40 employees and exceeded the revenue of 4 Million Euros.

In the year of 1994 by taking over the management and administration of SAP’s worldwide Customer Connections, the partnership with SAP grew even stronger.

In 1996/1997, Schweickert started its first two international subsidiaries: HS Network Technologies in Palo Alto, CA (USA) and in Singapore. With three locations around the globe Schweickert was able to provide 24x7 Follow-the-Sun IT-Services in five languages and the revenues exceeded 10 Million Euros on the same year.

In the year of 2002, Schweickert Elektrotechnik augmented its footprint in Security and Alarming technologies and was able to domicile more than 100 employees worldwide.

In 2006, Schweickert achieved the certifications in DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN 14675. And in 2008,

Schweickert starts its subsidiary in Dalian, China.

The year of 2011, it was the golden time to Introduce Schweickert’s first own software solution. The software, called iWUPP, provides central management and control of facility and security systems via mobile devices.

In 2012, Schweickert celebrated its 50th birthday and continued to grow! Schweickert reached more than 150 employees in its offices in Nussloch and Walldorf (Germany), Palo Alto and Newtown Square (USA), Dalian (China), and Singapore.

In the year of 2014/2015, In order to provide an even more complete portfolio of IT Managed Services, Schweickert opened its new offices in Bangalore (India) and Denver (USA). The number of employees has exceeded 280 and continues to grow, with a mission of becoming world’s Leader in matching demand for and supply of high skilled Engineers in the field of Networking and Security services.

In 2017, Schweickert opened 2 new offices in Tirgu Mures, Romania and in Cacais,Portugal.

Total number of employees exceed 500.
