Administrative Assistant with Spanish - Slobozia
• Languages: English or Spanish and Romanian;
• Be a pro active person;
• Have a driver's license;
• Accounting and administrative knowledge.
• In active communication with the Controller, Work Managers and Project Director to assist them on site;
• Ensures the totality of the administrative tasks, in view of the good development of the company's activity;- Maintains the relationship with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, suppliers, company partners and local public authorities;
• Organizes meetings and trips for people in society;
• Responsible for taking over the correspondence received at the company's address (e-mails, envelopes, faxes, offers, etc.).
