Administrative Assistant - English Speaker
Preparation of specific administrative documentation for office activities
Support in preparation of specific tender documents.as also of relevant documents for experts included in tenders
Preparation and management of experts contracts and files, systems updates, reports and supporting all the HR functions due to a maternity leave period of our HR
Preparation of specific documentation for active pursuits
Support in preparation of responses to clarification requests
Establishing and maintaining electronic document filing systems
Qualifications & Skills:
Up to 5 years of experience in administrative tasks including administrative HR duties
Previous experience in Multinational environment, as also in HR Department or BD department, will be considered an asset
Proven experience with performing administrative duties such as preparing documents, reports and slides
Excellent knowledge of English Language
Professional experience in Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )Strong organizational skills.
