Candidatul ideal

Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
Proven ability to use personal computers and related software: MS Word, Excel and Outlook email;
Demonstrated ability to perform duties in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale;
Multitasking work;
Ability to maintain a variety of complex records and to prepare reports from such records, when required;
Familiar with office administration and support;
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others;
Driver\'s Licence.

For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the mining field, we are looking for a Site Administration Assistant.

The Site Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting and organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office, accounts support, safety reporting and project documents while, at times, providing oral and written translation of the Romanian Language.

Main responsibilities:
Composing letters when requested by the management. Opening, dating, sorting and registering all incoming correspondence;
Handling telephone calls for staff;
Translating documents (Romanian - English/ English - Romanian);
Recording and tracking all project invoices, liaising with the Finance and Accounting Department on processing and payments;
Receiving visitors and respond to their needs. Conducting all meeting arrangements forms, booking meeting rooms to setting up the rooms for various meetings;
Ordering supplies as needed for the entire office;
Controling the technical documentation produced on site;
Maintaining day to day activities of the Project Development Team.
