Candidate requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Proven PA, administration, or office assistant experience
Previous work experience of minimum 2 years is required
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Proficiency in English language both in writing and in speaking required
Second language like Hungarian, Bulgarian or Greek represents a strong advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills

Descrierea jobului

Responsibilities
Ability in the design of effective PowerPoint presentations. Perform market research, and analyze data
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Assist the Company Leadership with administrative tasks and time schedule.
Book travel arrangements ensuring efficient and smooth travelling for the Leadership
Organize and schedule appointments with third parties
Assist in the organization of Company events
Plan meetings and take minutes if required
Ensure observance of Company protocol in relation to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Perform translations from time to time when required
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Develop and maintain contact databases and lists and update them regularly
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Answer and direct phone calls
Ensure the functional operation of office equipment
Liaise with the other assistants to handle requests and queries from Management and Leadership
