What will you do in our team?
The Talent Sourcing & Administrator role will provide an efficient and effective administrative process supporting all of the Talent Acquisition Partners across EMEA Region. To support, as required, the end to end recruitment process and develop new and innovative tracking processes.

What kind of work will you be doing?
  • Provide constant and consistent support to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and HR Leaders to identify, connect and engage with A level talent across the region; understand the industry, the various types of players, their organizations, functions, roles and interactions so you can better refine our talent search;
  • Become our sourcing guru, master and lead the talent search efforts using a variety of tools and methods - from data-base mining, to social media sourcing, referrals, alumni networks, development programs, internal mobility, etc.;
  • Be the image of the company in front of candidates, demonstrate our vision and values in each interaction with our candidates and keep a constant communication with them throughout the stages of the recruitment process;
  • Talent Pool Management - develop, implement and maintain talent pipelines for key roles in the region;
  • Share Market Intelligence data - be the eyes and ears of the candidate market and provide advice for the Central Talent Acquisition Team and HR Leaders;
  • Offer administrative support to the Central Talent Acquisition team and HR Leaders on recruitment related matters: ATS management (posting all new permanent vacancies onto the Vertiv recruitment system - Taleo, for approvals and advertising), interview scheduling (including booking rooms, sending confirmation emails and collecting candidates from reception, as well as, recording all details of the recruitment process in Taleo: creating candidates, interviews arranged, vacancy requirements and placements;
  • Any other projects/duties commensurate with the post as directed by Talent Acquisition Director or Talent Acquisition team;
