Candidatul Ideal

Requirements:
  • Certified training in accountancy or secretariat (secondary school, other forms of recognised training in accountancy or secretariat).
  • Foreign languages skills: English (mandatory), Italian (advisable), other foreign languages would be a plus.
  • Residence in Bucharest.
  • Previous work experience in invoicing or accounting and back office activities
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and approach.
  • Flexibility and predisposition for team work
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Able to manage highly demanding situations.
  • Computer skills, MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Resposibilities:

Accounting operator takes care of the Invoicing process and of the documents required for book-keeping . It is her/ his duty to keep up-to-date account records.
Main characteristics, tasks and functions:
  • Manages suppliers’ records via company’s ERP LIGEST (check, record, and manage for payment)
  • Manages customers’ records via company’s ERP LIGEST (check, record)
  • Cooperates with company’s Customer Service to update shared data and record all the documents
  • Manages company’s invoicing system for local and foreign customers via company’s software
  • Manages agents credit card statements via company's (check and record)
  • Management of other offices or customer requests for documents

RKB Shared Services Centre is the newest member of the RKB Bearing Industries Group. Since January 2016, RKB SSC has been acting, from its main office in Bucharest, as a service company of the Group to ensure a smooth interaction with RKB customers.
The responsibilities of RKB SSC are related to Accounting, Customer Services, Import-Export and Logistics, Pricing and Purchasing activities and are crucial for the success of the business relationship with the customers.
