STL is currently recruiting for an accounting Administrative assistant. this role is responsible for providing administrative procurement and accountant support in the terms of managing and recording invoices and official letters, providing administrative procurement and taking care of insurance issue.
The perfect candidate shall be an english speaker with a problem solving skills and italian language as optional skills.
WE WILL TAKE CARE ABOUT ONLY CVs IN ENGLISH
- Schedule interviwes, book travel arrangements for managers and employees, rent a car,
- managing expenses related to office and apartments.
- communicate professionally in all employee; update purchase orders and material request status in applicant trackins system and then taking care of related invoices
- provide customer service and support in a timely accurate and professional manner
- correspond with job applicants regarding application status
-procurement issues with various administrative duties and special projects as needed
