Besides solid Accounting knowledge , the ideal candidate would require the following skills:
- Good command of languages, English a must, fluent in German, French, Spanish or Italian
- Keen to take responsibilities
- Proactive in solving day to day issues
- Good communication skills
- Team player, flexible approach
- Experience of Oracle accounting system would be very beneficial
- Play an active role within an Accounting Department
- Input invoices using Oracle Accounting System
- Monitor & clear ‘on hold’ invoices in a timely manner
- Share Supplier statement reconciliation within the team
- Ensure Payments effected timely for various European countries
- Support GL teams with month-end processes and requests
- Support client’s internal customers with electronic Purchase Order training & queries
- Supplier liaison via telephone and email communication
- KPI consolidation
- Support EU Manager with territory projects, EPO training
