Now, we’re on the lookout for someone who’s just as passionate about what happens behind the scenes—because every great project needs someone who keeps the numbers sharp, the records clean, and the operations smooth.
We’re hiring an Accountant who is meticulous, proactive, and ready to dive into the details of contracts, BOQs, inventory, and everything in between. In this role, you’ll be the financial backbone of our projects—ensuring accurate records, supporting cross-functional teams, and keeping clients and vendors informed every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, invoicing, admin, or coordination roles
  • Good knowledge of accounting rules and current tax laws
  • Business sense is a plus—you understand how numbers fit into the bigger picture
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or invoicing software like Navision and Zoho
  • Very organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work well with different teams and communicate clearly and professionally
  • A basic understanding of fit-out, construction, or design projects is helpful but not required
  • Moderate English language skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate sales invoices for clients based on contracts, BOQs, and project progress reports.
  • Review BOQs thoroughly to understand the full scope of work, including materials and equipment.
  • Gather detailed work descriptions (such as labor, materials, and equipment) to support precise invoicing.
  • Verify billing information and payment terms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Update stock levels in real time upon invoice issuance, categorized by type (e.g., materials, furniture, services).
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—Sales, Project Management, and Procurement—to resolve billing discrepancies and gather financial data.
  • Record all revenue transactions accurately in Navision.
  • Maintain well-organized documentation for contracts, payments, and project financials.
  • Assist with month-end closings, audits, and financial reporting by providing accurate and timely documentation.
  • Manage general ledger activities, including account reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to help ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
