Executes proactive activities oriented to base software, applications and solutions support. Takes active part in organizing and delivering technical solutions of support. He applies standard procedures of Project Management and Change Management.
Reference for the customer and for the support team assigned in “Mission Critical” contracts (P24, CS, MCP).
Knows the IT environment of the customer from a technical, procedural and operational point of view in order to reach customers business targets.
Oriented to recent and most innovative technological directions based on customer type (Industry dependent).
Understands the customer business priorities
Maintains a tight relationship with the HP account team
Demonstrates balance in relation to Customer/HP business needs


An Account Services Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong relationship with their designated customer(s). They are the technical reference for customers in planning service improvements. Promotes and implements HP support initiatives for Mission Critical customers and leading edge technology tools. Responsible for third party services to the customer. Controls constantly the actual service level compared with SLA. Maintains and improves budget (cost/revenues) to defined targets. Retains 90% of customer contract renewals and provides up selling opportunities. They are located on the customer site more than 70% of the time.
