RentCafe is a full marketing and leasing software solution featuring marketing websites, as well as online leasing, rent payments, and maintenance requests. Account Managers will use their software knowledge and strong communication skills to support and troubleshoot client queries.

This role is not available in a permanently remote regime, therefore the availability to partially work from the Cluj office in the foreseeable future is required in order to continue the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve application support requests, in a dynamic and creative environment, by assisting clients with daily technical support needs related to RentCafe;
  • Act as client liaison for RentCafe issues, enhancement, and custom requests;
  • Stay informed on applications best practices;
  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential;

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Top university graduate with a degree in business, economics, marketing;
  • Experience with customer service or support ability is appreciated;
  • Exemplifies professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction;
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Very strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Understanding the functionalities of the ERP systems;
  • Excel and SQL knowledge is a plus;
  • Experience with WordPress is a plus;
