Competente, certificari si experienta:
  • Fluenta in vorbirea limbii engleze
  • Abilitati de PC: Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail
  • Abilitati de vanzare si negociere: foloseste o abordare structurata pentru a atinge acorduri benefice pentru client si pentru Vodafone
  • Vanzare de solutii: construieste si vinde solutii viabile prin analiza nevoilor si a obiectivelor de business
  • 1-2 ani experienta in vanzari
  • 1 an experienta in vanzari directe, B2B(O mai mare experienta in vanzari poate substitui cerintele legate de cursuri si certificari)
  • Diploma universitara
  • Alte cursuri de pregatire , preferabil de vanzari
  • Permis de conducere categoria B

Descrierea jobului

Misiune rol:
• Gestioneaza relatii tip win/win cu clientii noi sau existenti MLE cu scopul de a creste vanzarile Vodafone si profitabilitatea clientilor.
• Castiga cota de piata si aduce valoare prin depasirea targeturilor, sustinuta de asigurarea unei experiente bazata pe incredere si parteneriat.

Responsabilitati principale:
1. Dezvoltare clienti:
  • Dezvoltarea conturilor MLE cu caracter dual din baza Vodafone
  • Monitorizeaza activitatea competitiei si tendintele pietei in vederea sustinerii cresterii continue a pozitiei Vodafone ca Partener de tehnologie
  • Construieste relatii puternice, de lunga durata cu clientii si cunoaste planurile de viitor ale clientilor in legatura cu dezvolatrea afacerilor acestora, in vederea vanzarii solutiilor Vodafone si a cresterii satisfactiei clientului.
  • Vinde solutii de afaceri potrivite conditiilor de piata si obiectivelor companiei prin abordare de vanzare consultativa : produse si solutii de mobilitate, fixe si IOT&ICT.
2. Retentie clienti:
  • Dezvolta si mentine relatii win/win cu clientii existenti cu scopul de a creste valoarea portofoliului
  • Atinge targeturile individuale comunicate, adresand intreaga gama de produse/servicii in cadrul conturilor alocate
  • Sustinerea Vodafone:
  • Genereaza lead-uri de vanzari altor segmente/arii/canale de vanzare din companie
  • Cunoasterea excelenta a produselor si serviciilor Vodafone, indicatorii financiari ai solutiilor si serviciile competitorilor directi
3. Orientare catre client:
  • Intelege ceea ce determina satisfactia clientului, arata flexibilitate in adaptarea planurilor de actiune cerintelor pietei
  • Gestionarea unui mediu in schimbare
  • Comunicare de impact
  • Are abilitatea de a recunoaste factorii de decizie si influenta; construieste relatii eficiente, inauntrul si in afara companiei
  • Responsabilitate personala
  • Nivelul Managing Self: foloseste planuri concrete pentru a atinge targeturile agreate, are o abordare sistematica si organizata, arata perseverenta cand se confrunta cu momente dificile/obstacole
