Account Manager (french or polish speaking)
- Working or internship experience in an ecommerce environment
- Problem solving, analytical skills and a strategic perspective
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent English and French communication skills
- Excel skills
- Be the point of contact for our big dropshipment clients
- Mainly monitor the sales in France and proactively look for potential accounts to collaborate
- Improving vidaXL listings and account’s cross-border selling
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to accounts in a timely manner
- Research and identify new potential to accounts based on your knowledge to vidaXL and ecommerce business
- Work together with the respective Business Developer to on-board more potential leads in your countries
- Work with customer service to define a good service to accounts.
