Candidatul Ideal

Requirements (mandatory)
* English Language - very good, written and spoken
* University degree
* At least 1-2 years of agency experience with integrated campaigns, including in-store marketing

* A passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good advertisement
* A willingness to learn
* Creativity

* Ability to juggle multiple projects.

Key responsabilities
* meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
* present the campaign ideas and budget to the client
* work with the account manager to brief the creative or other departments and assist with the formulation of communication strategies
* negotiate with clients about the details of campaigns
* present creative work to clients for approval or modification
* handle budgets, manage campaign costs and invoice clients
* write client reports
* monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
* undertake administrative tasks
* proactively manage expectations and communicate project risks to the internal team and the client;
* arrange and attend meetings
* prepare and update relevant lists and reports
* manage account relationships with appropriate client stakeholders providing regular status updates;
* know your client’s market, competitors, and relevant media platforms;
* grow client relationships in terms of project deliverables and service level satisfaction;
* understand the client’s business objectives and proactively manage Client and Agency team expectations;
