Candidatul ideal

Experience minimum 4-5 years in sales, marketing or advertising, minimum 3 years in communication and advertising;
Experience in brand management - minimum 3 years experience;
Team builder and team player, experience of leading a team;
Customer care orientation, responsibility, enthusiasm, motivation;
Experience of working for multinational clients could be a plus;
Excellent knowledge of English;

Contributing on the clear distribution of project management workload;
Planning, coordinating and following-up of work on all projects assigned to her/him (job opening, briefing, pre-production meetings, etc);
Supervising the effectively financial tools of the company: ensures the correct handling of cost estimates, pre-payments, cost controlling procedures and invoicing on a portofolio of brands;
Coordinating the good function of the activities/departments. Ensuring the informational circuit in each department and between different departments in order to fulfill their tasks;
Ensuring that all activities are performed in an effective and efficient manner;
Being involved in relationships with the clients in order to know the client culture and organization;
Ensuring a “team spirit and long-term relationships” to employees, who combine “ brand building competence” with a sales attitude
