  • Advanced Excel skills ( VBA & Macros, Data, Power Query, Tables & Formatting, Pivot Tables & Pivot Reporting)

  • Be an expert for all EMEA accounts, acting as a resource for our clients across Europe;
  • Educate and empower our customers to become better users of our product;
  • Answer all questions related to the product and escalate when necessary;
  • Help diagnose and resolve technical issues to improve overall client experience with us;
  • Own the customer experience and work to exceed their expectations;
  • Make an impact on our clients by maintaining friendly and helpful relationships;
  • Proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better;
  • Think of creative ways to improve team efficiency and structure as the company continues to grow;
