What You'll Do:

•Be a Talent Acquisition Expert: Leverage your deep knowledge of recruitment processes, channels, and best practices to lead both proactive and reactive recruitment activities.
•Drive the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Partner with People Managers and People Leads to understand business needs, define applicant requirements, and manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
•Source Top Talent: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods and channels to identify and attract both active and passive candidates for current and future vacancies.
•Build Relationships: Act as a candidate relationship manager, providing high-touch support and building talent pools for future hiring needs.
•Collaborate and Improve: Work closely with the BU Talent Acquisition Lead and HR team to implement processes, drive continuous improvement, and provide exceptional service.

What You'll Bring:

•A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to accelerate your career.
•Proven experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in sourcing, assessment, matching, selling, and closing.
•Deep understanding of local market knowledge, sourcing channels, industry networks, and competitive landscapes.
•Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
•Dutch and French language
