Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
  • 1 year of experience in HR operations or personnel administration;
  • Strong understanding of labor law, payroll input processes, and employment documentation;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Good communication skills in English and Romanian;

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage employment documents – draft and issue contracts, addendums, termination notices, and employee certificates;
  • Keep Revisal up to date – enter any new or changed employee data promptly and accurately;
  • Maintain HR trackers and reports – update records of personal details, salary changes, attendance, and other HR statistics; generate reports when needed;
  • Liaise with labour authorities and institutions – serve as the main contact for inspections, filings, and other external HR matters;
  • Support HR digitalization – contribute to process-automation and data-digitization initiatives across EXL;
