🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling content for both internal and external communication channels.
- Ensure seamless and consistent communication of key company updates and announcements across departments.
- Play an active role in organizing both internal and external company events, while contributing to employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent in alignment with our HR goals.
- Drive continuous initiatives that reinforce our company values and foster team cohesion.
- Mentor and support the communication team, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategy and objectives.
- Implementing changes on the company’s website in accordance with the promotion strategy.
- Monitoring websites and providing regular updates to top management.
- Management of crisis communication and situations.
🧩 Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, Marketing, Literature, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in both internal and external communication.
- Proficiency in English (advanced level).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyse and synthesize information effectively.
- Previous team management experience is a plus!
