• Sales experience is a great advantage, but it doesn’t determine your success or failure here—whether you have it or not. What truly matters is your mindset and your willingness to learn from every sales meeting, continuously sharpening your skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong self-organisation and time management abilities
• Good command of English
• Proactive, ambitious, and target-oriented
Responsibilities:
• Identify and contact potential clients in Romania and abroad
• Present and promote our agricultural products and services
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
• Report market trends and feedback to management
