• 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Management
• Experience within hotels, serviced apartments, vacation rentals, or hospitality companies is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Good understanding of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and similar channels.
• Experience working with PMS and Channel Manager systems is considered an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Monitor daily pickup, occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance.
• Support the implementation of pricing and inventory strategies across hotels and serviced apartments.
• Assist in managing dynamic pricing based on demand, seasonality, and market conditions.
• Identify revenue opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance

• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand patterns.
• Conduct regular benchmarking analysis and market research.
• Track local events, holidays, and market developments impacting demand.

• Support inventory and rate management across OTAs and distribution channels.
• Monitor rate parity and availability across all platforms.
• Assist in optimizing channel mix to maximize profitability.
• Maintain OTA extranets and support promotional campaigns.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Analyze booking pace, cancellations, and market performance.
• Produce performance insights and recommendations for management.

• Ensure accuracy of rates, inventory, restrictions, and revenue data.
• Work with PMS, Channel Manager, RMS, and OTA platforms.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and commercial performance trackers.
