- Previous experience in luxury hospitality in a similar guest-facing or porter role(4- or 5-star hotels is a strong advantage)
- A valid and clean driving license is essential.
- Excellent grooming, posture, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Physical ability to lift and transport guest luggage.
- Calm and efficient under pressure with a natural desire to help others.
- Flexible and available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Job Description
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
- Open doors, hail taxis, and assist with guest transportation needs.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Coordinate with Concierge, Reception, and Bell teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Ensure the driveway, lobby entrance, and luggage storage areas remain clean and organized at all times.
- Handle guest belongings with care, discretion, and professionalism.
- Drive hotel or guest vehicles when required (subject to local regulations and licensing).
